With all the BS about lobbyists and limits of big companies being limited on their donations - Isn't it strange that a foreign country is going to be the host site of a fundraiser for a United States presidential candidate

No, it isn't strange. He is a U.S. Senator running for president. Countries do it all the time, the only reason you have raised concern is because Senator Obama is African American. You wouldn't  have given it a second thought had it been Senator McCain being endorsed by George Clooney. Fundraisers in the States are $5,000 a plate. You are not confused! You are PREJUDICE!

Did obama agree to attend? George Clooney is a private citizen and if he wants to have an obama fundraiser and people are willing to pay what is the problem......

According to the article it is a fund raiser for Obama by Clooney and if is is kept to US citizens then they can hold it anywhere in the world. Also as long as the money does not go to Barak Hussein Obamas campaign but to the Democrat National Committee then he avoids all the freaking laws.

Their are a lot of rich Americans in Switzerland who want to contribute. And it is typical of an Obama supporter to call someone who questions anything that he does is a racist. Every body please get off the race issue. We are going to elect someone who is going to be our leader for 4 years. I will say like Pastor Fred Price said it is not the color of the house you live in, its what is in the inside of it that counts. I am an independent and it turns me off when someone questions another persons questions with the answer you are a racist. Look at the issues in the race and what these guys have done and what they say they will do. LETS LEAVE RACE OUT OF THE RACE for the White House
