If you're growing hair on the shaft of the p***s, I wouldn't be too concerned so long as it's growing up only about an inch on the base of your p***s. That's how mine is, though I shave so it isn't issue. If you're concerned about it go to a doctor, though if you're worrying about it impeding oral s*x, then simply shave it off. It's no big deal, though if it goes further than an inch up your shaft and you're concerned, talk to your doctor. I wouldn't worry, though.

Around the bottom, but not really going up the shaft.  Depending on how old you are and how much growth you have a head of you, I don't think you should worry about this.  When you're finished growing, you'll probably be just like the rest of us.
