Ok I'm really concerned about good hold, precise, very strong, potent and balance moves??

I heard that gymnastics is the only discipline that will make me achieve that, because it makes you stronger potent and coordinated too but in the other hand it'll make you weak eventually because of the hard contact with the floor and other things also but what about Yoga?

Will Yoga achieve the same and even more in a long term.

I need to know since I need some other discipline to complement my Ballet classes!
