Ok I am 16 and already big, I just want to get cut and a little bigger fast, what should I take?

I am 16 and I am 6'1 195. I am already strong but I want to get a bit bigger and cut in a short amount of time. What creatine or protein supplements should I take?

  1. Alright. When your gonna cut your gonna wanna do high reps and lower weight (thats how your gonna sculpt your muscles aka cut) what you also want to do is cut down a little on food and keep eating good huge factor right there the less fat you have on any muscle the more it shows. Supplement wise keep your protein up i wouldnt recommend a creatine while cutting since it mostly retains water around your muscle. ( more bulky) so stick to a protein/cut your intake (keep eating right though)/ low weight high rep 10-12 per set

  3. Go heavy on the proteins.  This can be whey protein, but also protein rich foods like fish and chicken.

    You are cuttin so you wanna go light on carbs.

    And naturally you wanna avoid fast food, junk food, and c**p like that.  Keep a good diet.

    Generally you don't get a lot bigger while you are cuttin.  Cuttin mostly brings out the definition (tone) of your physique.  If you wanna be bigger then you should bulk a bit more before cuttin.

    As far as "fast".  This stuff don't happen "fast" (depends on what you mean by "fast" tho).  Bodybuilding takes time and work.  I been at it since I was 15yo and it's a job (a fun one, but still a job).
