  2. the trick to abs is to be lean, you have to have a small presntage of body fat.  the way to loos fat is to burn more calories than you take in.  Iam 210 i need to take in 2500 cal to maintain my weight.   to loos weight I drop down to about 1800 also do about 25 min of interval training (HITT) 4 times a week along with some weight lifting.  To loos weight dont go for all the fad diets.  all you have to do is burn More cal than you take in.
