ok its another angle problem but with a fraction and i try to do it but i keep on getting an answer bigger than the sum which is 180

AngleA is one fourth as large as it supplement AngleB

supplementary angles sums up to 180

thanks for the people who answered my last question like 5 minutes ago!!! i just really need to understand them i have an exam tommorow!

  1. Let's say AngleA is x and AngleB is 4x since it is four times greater than AngleA.

    so... x + 4x = 180

    5x = 180

    x = 36

    AngleA = 36 degrees and AngleB = 144 degrees
