everyone tells me im not fat.but lately i have been feeling fatlike i want to tighten up my stomach.but i dont know how to.and i kind of made up my own little diet ( i dont eat foods over 200 calories with the exception of dinner.so if anyone had any advice on how to tighten up my stomach and maybe theighs without having to like spend alot of moneyplease help me.I would like to lose at least 5-10 pounds before october.thanks.
