On my ticket it says that i can deduct 14 dollars from the total cost if payment mailed in before court date.

This question may sound retarded but i just cant process the answer into my head... It also says

DO NOT mail payments more than 2 weeks before court date.

So does that mean wait until there is two weeks till court date to mail it in, or mail it in before 2 weeks.

  1. mail the ticket within two weeks of your court date.

  2. just mail it in a week before the court date...

  3. Wait until 13 days before your court date.

  4. It means to mail it in during the  2 week period before the court date. They ask that you to do this because 2 weeks before your court date is when they schedule you to meet w/ a judge.

  5. Answer simple, just call the county clerks office and ask.  They will be the only ones who can give you the most accurate information.

Since you got a ticket, I would recommend avoiding a potential Insurance rate increase ($30-300) and do traffic school!  You can do it online now and it is so easy. I would recommed, http://www.TicketRelief.com.  They were quick, easy, and I completed my schooling in a day!

  6. Calm down, when you are nervous and trying to handle business nothing makes sense. The question or request is clear. It means exactly that, mail in the check within the two weeks before you go to court. If court (example) is two weeks from this Friday, then mail the check this Saturday.

    Get it?

Maybe try pulling out a calender?!
