If it was me, I'd apply to work at GameStop, because I know a lot about games and they just sell video games. Best Buy does a lot more and you may be required to take different positions regardless of your knowledge with the technology.

I'm not sure those places will higher you at 16, especially GameStop. GameStop usually wants someone at least 18 so they can sell M-rated games; however, Best Buy might take someone who is 16. For Apple, it's definitely 18, but it's difficult to get a job there because EVERYONE wants a job there.

I don't know anything about Guitar Center so I can't help you there.
