Ok WHAT is wrong with me? what is this thats happening?

ok last night i found it hard getting to sleep ... i had been told some upsetting news that my bf would be in the red-zone if he wished to still join the raf like he wanted to... and then was told my uncle was in hosiptal becouse his apendix burst.. enyway the story is

last night i was trying to get to sleep n i saw this light in my contro lcolder(its pink and made of metal ) i also heard music coming from it i thought it was my phone but then remembered my phone was on my shelf n i didnt have eny ringtones liek thta n it had ran out of battery ,enyway ... after staring at it i got up from my bed, my desk is beside my bed but it looks so far away.. i got up n there was nothing there.... so i stood there like an idiot... nothing there of course.. then i tried getting to sleep n suddently im getting these images of me throwing stuff at my desk ..... i was suddently standing n holding one of my cusions... then .. i lay bk down n again... i tried sleeping ... then i found myself grabbing for stuff in my terrapins tank... i thought i had dropped something in it i dunno y.. 1 sec im lying there the next im in a panic searching for something in my terrapins tank .. i mean wtf... enyway i got hold of something n i looked at it in the dark ,n i thought it was my terrapins shell ... i put the light on n i was holding one of his rocks.... i put it bk in and my terapin was staring at me i was then worried i hurt him...

wats going on? whats wrong with me... ?

  1. You are very anxious. You should get up, turn on the light & think about something else if this happens again.  Your imagination was getting the best of you.

  3. your stressed with everything that's going on around you, this is like a night mare, but a waking one, your asleep doing things but your mind is dreaming up different images.try and not to worry as much then you will get a decent nights sleep. x

  4. You need to chill out and have some "me" time. Do some things you really enjoy. Put yourself first for once.

  6. There's nothing wrong with you. I think there's just too much for you 2 handle at a time. Find something to do and relax yourself. Get some soft music on and try to get some sleep. The hang out with your friends.
