im having slight headache, fluttery and bloaty feeling in lower abdomen

last week had light reddish brown discharge for day and a half was checked for infection and none. and including tubes are tied. could it still be possible i could be preggers?

Take a pregnancy test. It's extremely rare, but it has happened that women with their tubes tied have gotten pregnant. In that case, it's quite dangerous and you'd have to be sure that you don't have a tubal pregnancy.

Another alternative is changing hormones. I don't know how old you are, but sometimes women who get their tubes tied go into menopause early.
