  1. Ideal weight is 150 lbs, but just enough to be healthy is great.  I would continue working out as well as eating healthy foods, but put a stop to the pursuit of loosing weight once you feel great.  And then keep up the healthy habits it will be fulfilling and bring you a more vibrant life.

  2. I'm no expert but I would say 30 lbs would put you at a much healthier weight for your height. There are some really good BMI calculators if you search the web that might be able to better help you determine the healthiest weight for your height and body frame. Good luck.

  3. round 20 lbs.

  4. like 15 lbs.

  5. look at a BMI caculation.

but girl, seriously lose whatever makes YOU feel comfertable!

    good luck!

  6. 35 lbs and u would be real skinny. 20 and u would look so much better im sure

  7. Balanced diet and exercise. You can lose up to 40 lbs. Then just maintain that weight.

  8. Hi,

Your BMI is currently 27.5 - you are overweight.

To be in the 'healthy' range you need to be between

    108lbs - 145lbs.

To be a almost perfect weight i suggest you short term goal for 135lbs and then try to eventually, get down to 126-127lbs.

This is a 25lbs weight loss, that i would reccomend.

Good luckk! I once lost 39lbs, so you can do it!

  9. Try to lose about 11 - 22 lbs

Your BMI is 27.5If your BMI is between 25 and 29.9 you're over the ideal weight for your height. Make sure you eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and don't eat more calories than you need to.

If you're trying to lose weight, get more exercise and avoid snacking and 'crash' diets. If you carry your weight around your stomach, you're 'apple-shaped', rather than 'pear-shaped'. This means you're at more risk of health problems, so you really need to get your weight down.

Top tip:There are many benefits to losing weight. Start by reducing your calories by about 500 a day, and try to lose 5-10kg (11-22lbs)

  10. I would say your in the right range, just focus on healthy eating, and exercise. Get some weight training going a few days a week.  You will see your body change after a couple of months.  The number on the scale may or may not change.

  11. 30lbs and tone it up so u dont have extra skin
