what is special about composite,i cant choose betwee cobra l4v m,or speed ld m

Aside from the physical changes made (USGA Limit reached in all 4 dimensions), the composite crown saves weight in order to place it elsewhere (lower, sometimes back) in the head. It also changes the sound, and feel of impact as well as the look at address. Considering the quality of newer drivers, it boils down to a matter of preference. I don't mind it myself, but it wouldn't make the decision for me.
