Your question is confusing.  I feel that you want to know the difference between OK and Correct.     OK  means its alright, meaning its is not affecting much.  Whereas Correct is an expression used to justify an action.   When somebody puts his leg on your leg accidentally  and he appalogises for the same and you respond  Its  OK.
