Ok dark knight figures?

i have a few questions....like are they gonna make a new line of figures like one with two face or joker without his trenchcoat...secondly whats the deal with the carttonish looking joker thats in the dark knight case and thats about it

any help would be cool cause my nephew wants these for his birthday and nobody else in my family has any idea what hes talking about but me so i need to find out soon

The two lines are the realistic one that is collector based and then one that is more kid friendly and has features and less detailed paint apps that would appear to them.

Nothing has been announced about two-face or the next Joker, but SDCC is this weekend so info should be available on Saturday.
