  1. As you say she is your fiance and you are not married, you have no automatic right to get a visa to the UK unless you can satisfy the visa officer at the British embassy in Tunis that you are in a genuine relationship, you both intend to live permanently together and when you get to the UK you can take care of yourself without expecting to benefit from public funds. If you can do this, you will be granted an initial 2 Year Entry Clearance Visa and if within a month of the expiration of that initial 2 Year Visa, you are still together, you can then apply for Permanent Residency.

You will however have to prove to the Home Office Caseworker that the relationship is still genuinely existing, that you intend to continue to live together, that you have not benefited from public funds since you got to the UK and that you and your fiance can continue to take care of yourselves without relying on public funds

  2. No.

The embassy can still turn down your visa if the interviewing consular officer thinks that you cannot demonstrate your intent to marry your fiancee, or if they think the marriage is simply a sham to obtain permanent residence.

If the interview had no meaning, then they wouldn't bother with it. The interview is important and you should treat it as such.

  3. No, the consular officer at the embassy has the final say in whether or not you get a visa.  If the consular officer believes the relationship is not legitimate and that it's just for immigration purposes, or if you are otherwise unqualified for a visa, you will be rejected.

  4. where did your fiance apply for your visa?   you are Algerian i suppose you  have to go to the British consulate in Tunis and apply your self they need to take your fingerprints in the consulate and give you an interview   .so when you say your fiance applied for you i can t understand it .I'm married to an English men and i came  to the  UK  with  a fiancee visa.    so i would advise you to go on this address  www.ukvisaservices.co.uk/jp/fiance-and-u... partner visa Bonnee chance

  5. without punctuation your question does not make any sense. If you dont know perfect english you will be stopped at the airport and catapulted back to africa.

    thank u for coming
