  1. One of the biggest mistakes NASCAR eer made was removing Rockingham from the schedule. With new ownership, hopefully they can find a way to bring it back. Laguna Seca would be awesome, because the track has so much history. However, I think Iowa will be the replacement. I've watched the IRL racves there, and I'm still unsure how many grooves NASCAR can race at the track. It's a little narrow in width, but it should be fun nonetheless. I think we will see owa in 2009, especially since former driver Rusty Wallace is the owner.

  2. Nashville Superspeedway is awesome. I would Like to see Lime Rock Raceway in Connecticut be on the schedule.

  3. I'm with Dianne M., I say Rockingham would be awesome. That was a cool track.

  4. I would love to see a track here in my neck of the woods.  Lots of land to put it on and one fellow even wants to DONATE the land!!!   So Montgomery County, NY is where I want to see a race track!!  We already have Fonda Speedway and a few other smaller ones.  This is just race central!

I am sorry Rod the Racer but....... the course of true love never runs smooth!

  5. How about Indianapolis Motor Speeway Road course?

  6. I really don't care...some of the happiest moments in my life have been in the stands watching the NASCAR race in Mexico City - my city, so for me it sucks.

I wonder why NASCrap came down here, made us fall in love with their show, and then left.

  7. Nazareth.  If NASCAR ran there, then maybe Mario could remind them to "check your tires."

  8. Methinks Phoenix should be the place, early in the season, when weather is foul in the South and East. Tons of people there from all over the mid-west for the warm winter- spring.

  9. Rockingham, NC..lol...but seriously think it will be Iowa

  10. Would love to see Rockingham come back but NASCAR is wanting to always reach markets that they haven't yet so IOWA get ready!

  11. I imagine that its going to be Iowa.(Just a hunch)

  12. i think it should be rockingham. keeping the race close to most teams home bases would help some with the budget crunches many are facing. nascar had better start looking for ways to save teams money or they won't have a sport to try and make more popular.

  13. throw in another KY race

  14. anything but mexico city

  15. Laguna Seca Race Track.  Road course in Monterey, CA.  I think it would be a nice place to replace Mexico City.  I love CA too!

  16. I would love to see the race brought back to "THE ROCK". Nascar finally paved the track and racing there was great again and then BOOM ! They gave the race to a cookie cutter track that cant even sell all the seats !

  17. Though I would love to see "THE ROCK" or, even NORTH WILKESBORO get a date back, recent race additions would point to somewhere new. all of the places mentioned are viable but, NASCAR, has been looking north, for sometime now so, I wouldn't write off CANADA just yet, either.

I really like the mention of LIMEROCK. I would like to see NASCAR add one more road course and, another short track. the mile and, a halfers, just don't do it for Me anymore. there are just too d**n many of them.
