Is it a Silky? Yorkie? or Australlian Terrier??

Not an Australian Terrier. I think it's a pet-quality Yorkshire Terrier, but I see why you are not sure and asking if it's a Silky Terrier. I think the muzzle isn't quite right for a Silky, though.

its most likely a yorkie mix. it's hair is a little longer than an average yorkie.... so maybe it has some maltese or something in it

It looks like a Silky to me.

It really looks like a Silky Terrier.  It could be a mix because it also looks like a Yorkshire Terrier, they are both very hard breeds to tell apart.  It looks more like a Silky because the ears are bigger then a regular Yorkie's.  (If it's a Silky the ears will be bigger, because the dog is bigger, Yorkies commonly have small, triangle shaped, pointed ears.)

EDIT:  The difference most noticeable different between the dogs is the size.  A Silky Terrier is actually a long-ago mix of the two breeds, Yorkie and Australian Terrier.  So, the Silky will fall between the two dog's sizes.  The Yorkie is the smallest and the Australian is the largest.  The dog in the picture looks bigger then a yorkie and doesn't quite look like a Autralian Terrier.
