Ok heres the deal my face clears up in the summer then breaks back out in the fall what should i do?

increase your vitamin c intake, remain physically active and see a dermotologist

Some people get acne when they aren't exposed to enough sunlight. You should try to spend a little more time in the sun in the fall (though obviously you should try to avoid getting sunburned). If this helps your acne, then you'll know what the problem is.
