Ok how can i make this go kart work?

Question

i have a 200cc dirt bike. that is broken beyond repair.

but the motor is fine,

so i want to build a go kart out of it.

what do i need to do to make it work

i need throttle rods.

brake rods.

do i just put the motor on the back.. by welding it,

then connect the throttle and brake cabbles to the peddles, along with the clutch.?

then get all the other things i need.

oh and i need to gear the sprokets down right
