you just need to get a flv converter to convert flv to wmv. I always use FLV to Video Converter to convert flv video to avi,mpeg, wmv video for editing in windows movie maker, it works great for me, you can free download one here to have a try,

To convert to WMV, drag the files to the converter, choose the output location (I use Desktop), choose the quality, on convert to, click on WMV (first option), then on file operation click on Convert, wait a few seconds until you see Complete on the progress tab, and you are done.
