  1. Sounds like Anxiety to me. See your doctor & tell them whats happening to you.

  2. I've had some heart palpitations too. This really is not normal and if it's happening a lot you need to consult your doctor. It happens to me a couple times a week. I am thinking of bringing it up to my doctors. This is my third pregnancy and I never had this before.

    Good luck!

  3. I had it so bad that I went to the ER one night because it scared my husband and I so much. My doctor said it was normal and it was from all the extra oxygen and blood in your body and it makes your heart work overtime ( not all women feel it as bad though) It can seem like you cant catch your breath or like your having a major panic attack...I know its scary but mine went away at around three or four months. Make sure you mention it to your doctor so he or she can be aware of it though. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

  4. Youre heart is probably racing faster because as you get bigger everything gets pushed up including ur heart if ur concerned talk tot he doctor.

  5. It might be hormones.

  6. yes it is called afib - tell your dr about it

  7. Some women get palpitations from early on in pregnancy. Often it's related to hydration levels and drops in blood pressure, so by keeping yourself well hydrated you can often alleviate this.

But definitely tell your doctor at your next appointment. No need to be seen in the ER or anything unless you notice the irregular heartbeat does not resolve itself within a few minutes.
