Ok i'm playing pokemon yellow and trying to get to cerulean city how do i get out of mt . moon?

If it looks confusing, here is where you have to go.  First go to the ladder C in the upper left corner.  That will take you to ladder F (look at next picture below).  Follow the cave until you get to ladder G (next picture down).  Then, you will end up outside.

Keep going to the right and you will reach Cerulean City.
