ok my best friend's younger brother asked me out at 12midnight and he's a year younger than me and i didn't want to hurt his feelings and midnight so i told yes i'll go out with him, but then in the i broke up with him and now he doesn't talk or hardly looks at me and it's getting harder and harder now because we each other soo much because of my friendship with his sister and his friendship with my younger brother.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Stop saying things you don't mean.  It's misleading and hurts people's feelings.

He's reacting this way because he's hurt, embarrassed and feels you made a fool of him.  You did and should apologize to him.
