imma starting offensive gaurd. our offense has me pulling alot.i need ot know what i can do to prepare both physically and metnally for this game.. its our first game of the season

  2. Just stretch focus and ready don't think to much because that will cause nervousness and mess you up. Also listen to music your personal favorites I like to listen to Coldplay since I am a Middle Line Backer
