Ok i had football practice for the first time yesterday and...?

I'm really sore. I'm 14 years old 5'10 180 pounds. i can barely pick something of the floor right now. the other side of my thighs are sore, my neck is sore, and my upper back behind my shoulders are sore. does anyone no how i can treat them so they wont be sore by 1:45? cuz that's when i have to leave for practice today. thanks

  1. stretching always makes me feel better when i am sore. try to drink a lot of gatorade too.  


  2. Just ice all of your sore spots, and stretch a little by litttle.  You will still be sore, but that should help.

  3. soak in a warm tub and add epsom salt, this will really help you
