Ok i have a bunch of pictures and i want to like paint on them and then like type stuff how do i do that?

once you get the pictures onto your computer, open paint. once you have opened paint, click "file". then click "open". a box should pop up that has your pictures in it. If it is not showing the files that you saved your pictures in, use the buttons to navigate to your pictures or wherever you saved them. it should then open the picture up on paint. you are now ready to "paint on them and then like type stuff" :)

another way that may be easier is to right click on your photo, then click open with, then click paint.

If not in digital format already, scan them and upload to your computer. Then you have to have software like Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft paint (Photoshop recommended) to alter the image.
