I hit the ball far to but it just always seems to have that low flying shot which is very hard to stick a green.

  1. The truth about ball flight has to do with clubhead speed because more speed=more back spin and more lift. You cant hit a shot low with more spin and you can hit a shot high without it.

Loft is an obvious factor and it plays a huge role in the launch of your flight if you want to hit it higher with your driver you may need to play it of you left heel to promote added loft by enabling you to hit the ball on the upswing. Irons are deigned for spin they have grooves today woods do not. Play most of your irons  center or slightly back to promote downward contact. In golf you hit down to go up! You can play long irons of a tee just like your driver to get added loft but you will see the best results with the rest of you irons by making sure ball placement promotes downward contact.

  2. Try switching to a higher club.  You seem to be trading distance for loft.  Or it could be your stance or wrists.  You might be hitting too much on the downswing.  Try aligning the ball a bit more to your left (if you're a righty)

  3. Since you're talking about hitting the green, I'll assume you're not talking about your driver or tee shots. Most likely you are playing the ball too far forward in your stance and not hitting the ball low enough. If you're hitting too high up on the ball, you will have a low shot with little spin or even top spin. Off the tee, you want to play the ball more to the middle or even slightly back in your stance for the short irons.

  4. move the ball up in your stance

  5. Hi Launch Low Spin = Monster Driver. Set you shoulder plane to the stars. Grip Rip... It will come down some where...Good Luck

  6. you might tend to lean back to lift the ball off the ground. if your swing is right you shouldnt have to try to get the ball in the air, it will just happen. stay square, and hit the ball in the perfect spot and you should have no problem. keep your head down, if you look right when you hit the ball your arms raise which will keep the ball down.

  7. try moving the ball back in your stance a little bit so when you hit the ball its like your pinching it into the ground this will get the ball in the air and have a little back spin.  hope it helps

  8. Try having one of those Buddy Love drinks before you start golfing. It sure can`t hurt.

  9. I dont know what your using but, i have a  10.5 & 13.0 driver it helps me to get the ball higher, and also what i do is tee my ball little higher that my driver about half the ball and it flies high and long hope this helps.

  10. You have the ball to far forward in your stance so you are taking the loft out of them. You should start with your long irons at the ball of your front foot and move 1/2 ball back for the shorter irons. When hitting the ball try and concentrate on hitting the lower 1/2 of the ball and make a smooth follow through. It will put the proper spin on the ball and get you closer to the pin.

  11. You can get more height and consequently less roll by coming down on the ball at a sharper angle. To do that you will need to have more of your weight forward through the downswing. Also you should work on getting your hands in front of the ball at impact. This second part is more difficult to master since you will have a hard time seeing where your hands are while swinging. Have someone take a video or photo while you practice this.

Hitting the ball at a sharper angle is more likely that the leading edge of the club will get under the ball and less likely to hit higher on the ball, giving it less loft. As always, practice this at the driving range before taking it to the course. Feel comfortable with the shot in the practice area.
