No, travelling at light speed which they must means going somewhere at that speed and coming back in say an hour can mean that on earth days or months have past.

Thats why if we learn to travel şn space at light speed it wont be cool cuz if they are gone for months they can come back and 100s of years could have gone by and we would all be dead by that time.

Since interstellar travel is impossible there are no space aliens on Earth. .  Since there are no aliens there can be  no alien abductions.  Since there are no alien abductions, any missing time in abduction stories is meaningless.  Non-existent aliens do not possess time travel abilities.
