Ok i have just bought kaspersky internet security 2009 and iv done a full scan it has come up with detected?

items and i dont know how to disinfect them because it wont let me click on it. can anybody help me please

Try to click on delete or quarantine if it has those, if not you better consult its readme or email customer support since you paid of it.

Open the main window and click where it says "Active Threats" in the bottom box, now click "disinfect all" at the bottom.

And also if the threat type is "vulnerability" then it is not really a virus, see here: http://www.viruslist.com/en/glossary?glo...

If it is not a vulnerability and it will not let you disinfect then select either "delete" or "quarantine".

close Kaspersky, right click on it's Icon, or name and run as administrator.

that should do it.
