Ok i know what the fields of law are but what are the differences between them what are the duties of each?

I am going into pre-law and know that is what i want to do but i don't have a clear choice of the exact field i want to pursue

First, Pre-Law is a useless degree.  At best, it gives you a two week advantage in law school.  After that, everyone is equal.  Second, major in something you enjoy.  The better you do, the better your chances of getting into law school.  Third, no matter what field you want to practice in, take a wide variety of courses in law school.  You'll do better off in the long term.
