how do i make a picture saved on my computer as my icon?

  1. tennnn easy steps haha.

    1. get the newest AIM available

    2. go here: http://gallery.aim.com/detail/6

    3. download that

    4. restart AIM

    5. on your buddylist, click on actions

    6. then select "set buddy icon"

    7. then click on browse and find the pictre you want.

    8. crop it and click okay!

    9. show it off
