Ok i need help with a bus issue asap thanks?

ok well be coming over to the uk soon and when we come were stayin in a place called dumfreis and galloway (if thats spelt right) i need to know how to get to a place caLLED luton i caN GET TO DUMFREIS BUT IM COMPLETLEY STARNGE TO THE PLACE AND dont know how to get around please help ioh and if possibnle i ne4ed somthin not too expensive

OK, you are talking a fair few miles from Dumfries to Luton.

Dumfries is up in Scotland and Luton down in England near London.

You are looking at about 350 miles between the two.

Therefore you wont find a standard bus to get you there

You have a few options depending on why you need to go there and for how long?



1. hire a car and drive - approx £30 per day plus about £150 fuel to drive there and back.

2. You may find a coach service that goes that way, check internet (google) for this. try express coaches

3. Glasgow aiport (nearest) is your best bet as Luton has an aiport. Try easyjet online for a good price shouldnt be too much. I fly to manchester and glasgow regualrly from luton and gatwick airports at about £65. But i have had flights as low as £27 return. Normally about £35 one way.

personally i would go for option 3. With cheap flights these days they work out quicker and cheaper than a coach trip. And definately better/cheaper than a car.
