Ok i need help with converting a web site video?

So i have a site. it has a video, and i want to make the video into an mp4. Now, there's no embed file thing, at all. All i have is the link to it. how can i make it to an mp4?? please help, and don't say go here or there, just say how could i do it using media convert. thanks
