Ok i tried to update opera (another version of the internet i guess)?

but when it was done (yes i did it on an administrator user account) it said the file i saved it too was corrupted so it didnt work, or something like that

so now when i go onto opera (or atleast what WAS opera, now instead of an o its a planet earth thingy) a "internet properties" thing comes up

i try to set the properties, but the "apply" button doesnt like activate or wat evr

You're already dead.

Opera didn't work and it has instead pointed to your internet properties executable.  I'm betting it's just a shortcut and you can just delete it from where it is.  Does it have the little arrow shortcut symbol on the icon?  If so, delete it.  No loss.
