  1. You don't want a 4 stroke for freestyle. As far as racing all bikes are so close it would take a pro to notice a difference. And even then it would just be a matter of taste. I can tell you that the KX250F would have the most beginner-friendly power delivery. The other brands are going for more of the mid to top end power delivery for 2008. Please understand that freestyle is not something you just decide to do. You need many years of experience on a MX track before trying freestyle. Clearing a 50 ft double is one thing, doing a trick over one is another. You have to walk before you run. As far as fitting on one, I would say anything less than around 5'6" is too short for a 250F. I am around 5'9" and they are tall for me.

  2. if you will be doing some freestyle, do not get the 4 stroke. A 2 stroke CR250 would probably be your best bet......

  3. dude i dont really matter....they all nearlly the same just choose your fav colour....but if you doin freestyle you really want a 2 stroke if your doin ramp jumps....i personly like honda as they have really good power all the way through its rpm....but i hear the new suzuki rmz's are gunna be un real as they are fuel injected and supposed to be the lightest motocrosser ever made....kawaskis kxf's are good to they seem to rap on really well but a little weak in the top end but all that is easily fixed....and well i hate yamaha but every ones opinon is different

  4. Go with a 2 stroke for Freestyle and you can still do Motocross if you want.

  5. I would get the Crf250r. Great bike with dual exhaust pushing out max torque to get you ahead and overall wining the race. For freestyle i wouldn't go with a four stroke at all. Four strokes are way to heavy for freestyle making it harder to move the bike. I would consider which is more important, freestyle or racing, to help you with your decision on which bike your going to buy.
