  1. Survival and agility. Next time you spar (or whateva u wrestlers do) don't focus on your attck, focus on moving around more and blocking (again, whateva u wrestlers do to defend) or evading their  attcks for the whole match

  2. Personal goals. You have nothing to prove to anyone except yourself.

You mentioned squatting 240 and someone said thats not very good and work on it. I say if you want to go for it. I am not a big guy either and I never been in a gym and I surely can not bench, squat, nor run like you (I suppose) the ground game...I am no joke. I do lots of work with 250-270 pounders and I can honestly say "technique and desire" is what I would suggest.

    Example:

Royce Gracie (180) vs. Kimo (260) Royce was the victor.

  3. Work on squatting more than 240. That is not very good.

  4. survival

  5. BJJ > Wrestling. Take BJJ,it will open more doors than your little "highschool",l wrestling can teach

  6. Since you appear to be into grappling, I would focus on Classical Judo or Jiu-Jitsu (NOT Brazilian.)

If I interpret your question differently, my answer is:

Focus on Speed, Balance, Leverage, Momentum and Humility.
