  3. I don't think you should lose weight you should build it up to muscle. You should do push-ups,sit-ups and jump rope.  

  4. put it into muscle you dont need to lose weight size always helps in basketball

  5. You don't need to lose weight. I'm the same height and weigh 165 lbs.
