Ok im really sore and i have a race tomorrow...?

i worked out yesterday...and i did workouts i have done in a while...and i have a cross country race tomorrow....so is there anything i can do to make the soreness go away...by tomorrow?

  1. Stretch A LOT, and also try to just warm up and get your body heat goin, make sure u sweat, very slow tho it will losen u up, try to ice your sorness too


  2. eh. u should hav been resting for the last couple days if u hav a race tomorrow.  Its called tapering and peaking!

    Theres not much u can do, make sure u get as much sleep as possible, eat as much protein as u can.  Try a freezing bath even!  Thats bout it sorry.

  4. strech alot, pray, strech, and try jogging around very slowly just to loosen up.
