Ok im underaged and i was booked for graffit how bad can i get it?

A friend and i went tagging were both 16 we hit up two buildings when a cop car spotted us my friend got caught right away i started to run hid then realized i couldn't go anywhere and gave myself in i wasn't read my right (i know i have to be questioned but we kinda were) i also have no priors. how bad can i get it and what the minimum.

You'll get juvenile vandalism which would be probation, community service, and/or restitution to pay for the damage repairs. Your parents will probably end up paying for it. A lot of people do stupid things like these, don't stress it too much. You'll look back on this and laugh at yourself.

It really depends on what charges were brought.  Probably criminal mischief which is a misdemeanor.  Most likely you will receive some probation, a fine, and community service.

The minimum is most likely a fine.

More than likely you'll have to pay for removing the graffiti including labor and materials. Two buildings should be a few hundred dollars. Plus a fine for being a public dumb ***, time in juvy for vandalism. Punks like you and your friend deserve to be fined $1000 or more dollars! Plus running from the police may lead to more problems!!
