Ok in the game crystal pokemon ?

Question

where do i find the rainbow feather or whatever it is that will let me get ho-oh or whatever it is called, i already have lugia or w/e but i want to be able to get ho-oh and after i get the feather or wing or w/e where do i find ho-oh????? and is there any other legendary pokemon that i can get other than the dog pokemon things?????? and where would i get them????

go 2 PSYPOKE = the psychic pokemon connection scan down & look LEFT until it says POKEMON CRYSTAL then hit INTRODUCTION then go 2 where it says POKEMON & read from there..glad 2 help :)

An old man who walking around Pewter City will give u a rainbow wing. But before u got a rainbow wing, u must have Suicune, Raikou, and Entei. U can find Raikou and Entei on the grass in Johto. After that, go to Tin Tower in Ecruteak City. After u got the Suicune. A monk will talking to u and ask u to go upstairs. After that find stairs that would let u go to the top of tin tower. Eng-ing-eng. There is a Ho-oh !!!!

Beside that, there are more legendary pokemon like : Celebi, Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres.

Go back to pewter, talk to guy who gave you silver wing! He should give you a rainbow feather! Legendarys are celibi, mew , mewtwo, 3 birds The later two are "gettable" without cheats!
