Ok ineed good stretches for scorpions ,splits, and jump exercises for toe touches im a beginner on learning?

im a beginner i havent learned yet so it has to work because im trying out for cheer in hs with no experiance i kinda flexible so yeah.

  1. just sit in your splits [as far as you can go] for at least a minute a day. dont push yourself too far because you can pull a muscle.

    work on your scorpion by stretching your back. you can also stand right up against a wall, touching with palms, chest, stomach, and foot. have someone take one leg and bring it as far upa nd towards the wall as possible. [this should be a scorpion position]

    to work on toe touches. practice, practice, practice. you need to exercise your hip flexers. sit one the floor in a straddle. put your arms out in front of you, not touching the floor. pick up one leg at a time and move your leg in outward small circles. do this 10 times on each leg and repeat.
