  1. I cruised on Liberty of the Seas this summer. My group included 3 teenagers and a 4 yr old.

This ship had activities for all age groups.  The teens especially liked having their own teen Zone and activities and the 4 yr old was thrilled with the H2O Zone and the Adventure Ocean.  It was expensive but worth it for us.

  2. well it all depends on the services and entertainment and the price tag associated with it.

kids have to have fun and teenagers have to have malls , beach etc.

  3. Oh a resort would be a blast more for kids to do and see and more wide open.Yet a cruise does have things  that kids can do but go resort youll be glad ya did

  4. For the younger kids I would recommend going to a resort and waiting for the cruise until they are older.  My sister in law took a Disney cruise with her kids - 5, 8 and 10 - and it didn't go so well because two of them got sea sick really bad; aside from that, though, it was a ton of fun and she said the boat was gorgeous.  Sea sickness may not be an issue for your little one if they have been on a boat/ship/cruise before.

Disney in either Florida or California is always great for kids - young or old.

Indoor water parks are fun any time of year and the younger and older kids can enjoy it.

Check out Colonial Williamsburg - they have a Kids Club there that I've heard is great - and it lets you have time at the spa while the hubby goes golfing.

Maybe you could start at Atlantis and get a cruise back - combining both the resort and the cruise experience.

Planning it is half the fun - good luck!
