Ok is this stupid or is it not?

Question

K so i live in the Country like with Farms and cows ect.

And we got another dog but heard that theres this by-law saying we cant have more then 2, so my mom went down to the town hall and got the By-laws for where i live and it turns out that we can have 3 dogs but CANT have any birds and i have 3 Budgie's.

i found this SOOO retarded cuz you cant even have chickens or ducks with out a permitt saying your a duck/chick farm. {There's a fine of $100 per bird}

We even have a bird contest at our fair for chickens,doves,budgies ect. which is stupid if you cant own a bird where i live.

you cant have a pet that is native to youre area even if you buy it from a pet store that is one of the laws in georgia

Stupid as they are, maybe you can tell them you are only leasing the birds.

Do you understand that the by-laws can be changed.  It is done by concerned citizens like you.  You go to the City Council meeting and propose a change.  Explain it exactly like you did here.  The vote will be quick.  Then you can have chickens and budgies.  Someday i want you to run for the council.
