im using my sisters yahoo account..ok im 12 everytime i lift up my leg to tie my shoe my right knee hearts so much..like i feel something ripping like if some stuff in my knee is ripping one way and another thing ripping the other way waht si it

Bottom line is that you need to go see a doctor.  You might have pulled a muscle or some cartiladge.
