Ok my cat is having babies but she not trying to push how do i help her?

Either it's not time for them to come out and she's just having contractions or there's a problem and she needs a vet.

My cat has has 2 litters, your not supposed to try to help her. She will get it just watch leave her alone for a few then come back and there will be 2 or 3 =) unless you see ALOT of blood do not worry, if u try to help she will hurt the babies after they are born.

keep a close eye on her because if its awhile and she still doesnt have her kittens you need to take her to the vet hospital because she may need a c section.i know it sounds silly but my cat and her kittens would have died if i didnt take her. She had to get cut open to get them out

Even though this is not the right section for your question, I'll answer it anyways...

*My experience*

My dog was a w***e and somehow got out the backyard and got herself a boyfriend and gotten pregnant...lol

I got her from a neighbor that was moving and couldn't take her, so I bought her from my neighbor. I got her a Vet and everything and was preparing to ge her spade/neutering.

When I took her to the Vet, I told him that she was acting funny, look like she wasn't feeling well. He told me she was pregnant!!! I was SO surprise, I couldn't even tell the people who's dog got my dog pregnant, so we could share responsibility.

N E ways...

The Vet told me that it will come nature and she will know what to do when the baby comes. But if it takes more than hour to deliver and seems to be in pain or dragging her bottom on the ground (some dogs/cats to that) then go take her to Animal Hospital.

you only need to worry if a tail comes out first and just gets stuck there then you trim your nail real short put a little vaseline on tip of finger and gently push back in while trying to turn the baby a bit, after kitty is done nursing babies ( 6 weeks ) take her straight to vet to get her spayed, too many unwanted kitties in the world
