Ok my cousin is 13 and she got a lip piercing watha?????

well im confused because i actually always here that u have to get some piercings at 18 and 16 and my cousin is 13 and im almost 14

and i really been wanting the two labrets on each side of your lip..where could u get at that age??

also when you get a piercing do they put it numb?

she probably had parental content... anyplace of tattooing and piercing can do it for you... and no they do not numb it because it does not hurt

I got a lip piercing when I was 13 and a belly piercing when I was 12. I just needed parental consent. I never heard of anyone getting numb to get a piercing. I don't think they do that. Its not bad and it doesnt really hurt the needle goes in fast.

You can get piercings at any place that does that. You just need your parent to sign that form saying that its okay for them to do watever piercing you want. not sure if they numb it though

I got my tongue pierced when I was 13.

You can't get a piercing at 13, unless of course you do have your parents there. If you ask for your piercing to be numbed then I think it costs a bit extra.

are you talking about snake bites? labret is the piercing in the middle of your lip.. you can get it as long as your parents take you,
