Ok my lease auto renewed itself and ends in jan of this year but my land load says no because late with rent?

landlord wants me to sign a new lease starting next month i told her no because the one that auto renewed is still good she says no it isnt vailed because i broke that lease byy being late on rent

Leases don't "auto renew" but once a fixed term expires you go onto what is called a continuing agreement.  This means that rather than giving notice for the end of your lease you are required to give 21 days notice and the owner has to give you 60.  A Landlord cannot make you sign a new lease unless you agree to it.  If you were late with your rent (14 days or more) they may issue a termination notice but it doesn't "BREAK" the lease and they'd have to go to the CTTT (Tribunal) to make you vacate.  Be careful as it sounds like they're trying to try something sneaky... remember that if you signed a lease for like a month they could tell you to move out at the end of it.
