Ok my phone(verizon razar) is a heap of junk PLEASE HELP (verizon)!!!!!!!?

ok well i have the worst phone ever i have a verizon motorola razar and it is severly damagaed and my center button is like riuned like it is down soooo far u can see metal and itis from texting sooo muxch also i hvae biut marks from my dog at the bottom of the phone like at the corners and i was wondering will verizon take my phone bc it is not working right anymore like the middle button doesnt even work really it does but its really hard to use do u think they will take it if it doesnt work???

If you have a warranty then they can give you a new Razr for like 30 dollars but otherwise no. Never buy motorola phones in the future because they do suck. Good luck!

Yes there is a chance that verizon will take it back its called a in store clam just do me a favor and pop out the back and under the battery there should be a white dot with lines going threw it. If that dot is more then 50% red then they will not be able to take your phone back because that could suggest water damage, but if that dot is not red at all then they will take it back and it will be field as a in store claim, but there would be a 50 dollar fee. When does you contract end, because right now the samsung glyde is going at 79.99. Hope that helps you i had this happen to me a couple of times.

Edit if you have warranty it should be free then and it doesn't matter how many times you replace your phone, because of the warranty! =]

Edit #2 They will take your phone again if under warranty. Just tell them its from normal wear and tear and that you dropped it once or twice. :P If the phone looks like it can get away with it but if they don't its a $50 charge. Which isn't to bad but you could always try buying a phone cover for the next one so if your dog bites it it won't be so noticeable. =] Also my sister threw her phone cracked her screen and had no warranty went in and paid 50 dollar came out with a brand new phone.

Well warranty is free but because there is physical damage( the dog bite and texting to much) it voids the warranty.. they will not take the phone as a trade in.. they will take the phone for nothing in responde.. the only thing else you can do is buy a used phone from ebay.com or craigslist.org they are very cheap on craigslist i saw a glyde for 180 and a voyager as low as 160.. just to keep in mind no warranty comes with the phone also but you can get some very nice phones cheap if you buy them used...
