it could be the wax ur using. i have a victoria board but i use traction pads. it just might be of ur feet rubbing against the board if they are dirty. i never had this problem or even heard of it. i will ask around for you.

If it's wood, you probably just need a new board. Try fiberglass. If it's fiberglass, maybe it has mold or something. I really don't know. Good luck and tell me if you figure out what's wrong with it. I'm curious and Hope I helped!!

is this seriously even help-able??? sounds like a cheap manufacturer paint job to me. Maybe try spraying some clear coat type stuff on it to prevent further wear?
